How feedback should be published

  • Permission to publish
  • Service and city context
  • Review date
  • Source platform link
  • No edited change of meaning
  • Clear sample/verified state

Structured-data decision

Reviews may be shown visibly, but the site does not attach self-serving AggregateRating markup to its own LocalBusiness or Organization in an attempt to generate organic review stars.

How to evaluate cleaning reviews

The most useful feedback connects a household need, selected service, location, and observable outcome.

Look for service detail

A strong review explains whether the visit was standard, recurring, deep, apartment, office, or move cleaning and identifies the details that mattered. Specific context is more useful than a short superlative because it helps another customer decide whether the same service matches the condition and outcome of their property.

Check date and source

Review volume and ratings change, so platform name, direct profile link, publication date, and the site's last verification date should remain visible. Names and quotes require permission appropriate to the source. Imported or manually selected feedback should not be edited in a way that changes the customer's meaning.

Compare patterns, not one perfect story

Read several recent reviews across relevant services and locations. Repeated comments about communication, scope, consistency, access, and issue handling provide more decision value than one dramatic transformation. Negative or mixed feedback should not be hidden through fabricated filters; the business should describe how genuine concerns are reviewed and resolved.

Before publishing proof

Replace every sample with a traceable review record

The content system should store the original review text, permitted display name, rating when applicable, date, service, city, source URL, permission status, and last verification date. A visible card can then present the parts that help a visitor while the source record protects accuracy.

Case studies and before-and-after images need the same discipline: matching property context, customer permission, accurate captions, and no claim that normal cleaning repaired damage or restored a permanent finish. Until those records exist, the page should remain clearly labeled as a review-layout template.

When real feedback is connected, link service labels to their canonical service pages and city labels only to valid location pages. Keep platform links available for verification, and review the collection regularly so removed, edited, or outdated source material is handled consistently.
